Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 6, 2026
This policy applies to the Arda services operated by ArdaBot, Inc., a Delaware corporation, alongside the Terms of Use and applicable customer agreements.
Use only authorized data and access
Do not access another person’s records without authorization, impersonate users, share credentials, evade consent, or bypass environment restrictions. Demo environments are permanently synthetic-only. Do not upload real patient information to marketing, administrative onboarding, synthetic UM, or any environment that has not been explicitly activated for it.
Protect people and systems
Do not distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt services, scrape protected records, send unlawful or harassing content, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights. Security testing requires authorization. Do not falsify clinical evidence, signatures, audit history, committee votes, or professional credentials.
Respect clinical and AI boundaries
Do not use AI or automation to bypass required clinical review, signing, identity proofing, policy activation, or appeals procedures. Do not misrepresent a simulated prescription or synthetic coverage decision as a real transaction. Only use external integrations within the permissions granted by the organization and affected individuals.
Report concerns
Report suspected misuse or security issues to hello@arda.care with a concise description and non-sensitive reproduction details. Do not email patient records, credentials, exploit payloads, or sensitive screenshots. We can arrange an appropriate channel for additional information.
